Has anybody had any issues with accepting the PPTP or L2TP sessions conenct on any Samsung devices?

I accept a Samsung Tab and a Samsung Galaxy S2 and neither one of them can connect. I accept a Sharp IS03 and a Toshiba Thrive and neither one of them accept any issues at all.
